You can express gratitude for so many things every day.
The sun shining, rain for your garden, food in your belly, a friend whose there for you, a compliment you received, clothes on your back, a smile from a stranger, a cosy night with loved ones, rest when you need it.
So much in this life gets overlooked because negative feelings impact you harder and stick with you longer. Thats why intentionally stating your gratitude is pivotal in changing yourself.
