A quick reminder of our booking policy:
At Little Bird Intuitive Healing, we honor the time and energy exchanged in every session. This policy is designed to ensure a seamless and respectful experience for both you and your practitioner.
Payment & Confirmation
Honoring Our Exchange: To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance unless a specific prior arrangement has been confirmed with us.
Welcoming First-Timers: We ask all our first-time visitors to complete their payment in full at the time of booking, with no exceptions.
Invoice Payments: If you are paying via invoice, payment must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Our booking system will automatically cancel any session for which payment has not been confirmed by this time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life sometimes requires us to change our plans. We ask for your cooperation and open communication. You can reshedule your appointment using the link on your confirmation text/email. No refunds will be issued.
Missed Appointments (No-Show): If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, the payment for your session will be forfeited. Should you wish to re-book, any future appointments will be accepted entirely at our discretion.
Punctuality: Our schedule is carefully designed to give each client the full, focused time they deserve. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your session, we will offer two options:
We may have to shorten your session to the remaining time, or
We may need to reschedule your appointment entirely. No refunds will be issued.
If We Need to Reschedule (Our Commitment to You)
In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we are committed to making things right.
Immediate Notification: We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the change. To allow us to reach you quickly, please ensure your phone number is up to date in our system, as we will send you a text message.
Your Session Credit: Your original payment will be held as a credit for a future date. Refunds in this case are at our discretion.
Our Gift to You: For this inconvenience, we will happily offer you an upgrade on your original booking. For example, if you booked a 30-minute session, we will upgrade it to a 1-hour session when you re-book.
Our Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking we feel is not aligned with our practice or our ability to serve you. In such cases, we will issue a refund, minus any fees we may have incurred.
Furthermore, please be aware that any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour (verbal or physical) directed towards ourselves, our staff, or any other person within the salon premises will result in your session being immediately stopped and a permanent ban from entering the salon to ensure a safe and respectful healing environment for all.
Final Note on Payment Reversals (Chargebacks)
We sincerely ask that if you have any issue or concern with a charge, you contact us directly first. We pride ourselves on resolving payment matters quickly and fairly:
Our Direct Refund Process: If a refund is due, we can process it on the same day, whereas the bank's reversal process can take up to 21 business days.
Bank Reversal Process: If you initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through your bank, please be aware that we cannot issue you a separate refund. Your bank is solely responsible for investigating the transaction and returning the funds if the case is found in your favour.
Outcome of a Reversal: If the reversal is found in our favour, due to the formal dispute process, we will not be able to accept any further appointments or bookings from you.
