My Story -

A little over a month ago, I couldn’t quite fit into these jeans…

I normally take good care of myself, take Marine Collagen & Magnesium supplements & get in regular exercise.
November/December ran me off my feet.

Busy working between my Dermal, Nutrition and Optics positions, I’d relaxed and ate at irregular hours with snacks, too much fruit, late nights and my sleep & weight became affected. 🍓
