Healing can be one of the hardest things you do for yourself..
Healing can be raw and triggering, it sends us into the dark night of the soul.. It takes us to our breaking point.. It can push us to want to give up and question our existence..
Healing makes us wonder, Is this it? and it makes us question what are we here for? There must be more to it.. This takes us to a new level of wanting more and realizing that we truly deserve more..
Healing isn't pretty, it's facing all those shadows that we have tried to block out.. It is realizing we are not truly free and that we use the outer world for instant gratification, so that we don't have to go within..
But when we do face our shadow, and slowly let go of the trauma and pain that has kept us down, we will find our freedom to move forward and live an authentic and peaceful life.. The more we work on ourselves and heal, the more we can raise the Frequency and show others how to do the same..✨️
