Christmas and New Year Closure Notice

As the year draws to a close, Scavenger Fire & Safety would like to extend sincere appreciation to all clients, partners, and suppliers for their continued trust and support throughout 2025. It has been a year of growth, collaboration, and innovation, and we are proud to have worked alongside so many valued organisation’s across Australia.

To allow our team to rest, recharge, and spend time with family and friends over the festive season, our offices and warehouses will be closed from Monday, 23 December 2025 through to Saturday, 4 January 2026. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, 5 January 2026.

Join our service team as a skilled fire services technician, responsible for servicing diverse range of fire equipment.

Key Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Practical problem-solving skills

- Achieve a Cert II or III in fire inspection and testing

Responsibilities Include

- Onsite installations and maintenance
- Troubleshooting pumping systems and control panels
- Fire pump maintenance and repairs.

The AFAC Seasonal Bushfire Outlook for Summer 2025 identifies an increased risk of fire for parts of Victoria, western and southern WA and parts of central northern NSW.

Long term rainfall deficiencies persist over parts of southern SA, Victoria, Tasmania, and western WA with abundant surface fuels evident in parts of WA and northern and central western NSW.
