We drove all the way to childcare only to realise we left the little one’s backpack at home (both of us were sure it was in the car). So… back home we went.
Then I dropped Jasper at Prep… and left his water bottle in the car 🤦🏻‍♀️

1️⃣ Chin Tucks: Helps with ”Tech Neck.“ Sit tall and gently tuck your chin in (creating a double chin) to realign your cervical spine.

2️⃣ Doorway Chest Stretch: Opens up tight chest muscles from slouching. Place your arms on the door frame and lean forward gently.

3️⃣ Upper Trapezius Stretch: Gently tilt your ear to your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds to release built-up neck tension.
