Dates and time have slightly changed but we still have many amazing community events on.

Many Christmas events across many days 💖💖💖

For the first 50 min There will be many many magical Christmas displays, many many inflatables, photo booths, interactive play, many take home craft, sensory stations, giant games, story space and baby zone.

So easier to post here then answer organisations and family group on booking in 🙌💖

Yes 100% as a cost effective end of year celebration group bookings for kinders, family daycares, mothers groups, family gatherings are more then welcome to book in to these events 💖💖💖

Totally makes sense at only $10 per child and a $1 per adult is a very cost-effective magnificently elaborate way to host a end of year celebration for your friends or organisations💖💖💖

but booking fast to make sure you all fit and then you can bring your own picnics or lolly bags or cupcakes to have outdoors afterwards to connect after the 1 1/2 hours of Events 💖💖💖

Tickets just went live for our community fundraiser Christmas events. We may add one more date on the 9th but will keep you posted as soon as I know.

All money raised through ticket sales for these events will go back into creating an amazing community space for Playgroup for years to come.

We are aiming to add reverse cycle air-conditioning to the current playgroup rooms we hire at Mano. To add value to the space we hire as it’s added value to 1000’s this past 12 months at this location💖

If we have any extra funds we will add some sunshade to the Playground as well🙌🙌🙌

The events run for 1 1/2 hours the first 50 minutes will be creative play Photo Booth many displays interactive stations sensory trays many inflatables then we will head on into the auditorium where we will have an interactive Christmas Carol show with the Christmas hippopotamus🦛🎄💖 Rudolph the red nose reindeer🦌💖❄️ singing and dance with bells and drums and egg shakers’s, plates and spoons wings 🤶🏻☃️to well love to Christmas songs that we know across the generations and with bubbles and fun💖❄️💖☃️💖

Then we’ll head outside for playtime BYO picnic and snacks 💖

When you gather with mums, dads, grandparents and children week after week for years 🙌🙌💖💖
Conversations, connections, history relationship love support, understanding just naturally flows

I had a beautiful email yesterday from a family. who’s been with me at my previous workplace and now part of the Imaginarium Project.💖

It said every single week we look forward to coming and seeing you, experiencing your creativity, stories singing and dancing and conversations.

We don’t have family in Geelong, but you are our family. We will keep turning up as long as you keep including us in your world and what a beautiful and magical world ot is.

Thank you so much Larissa for not giving up and continue on the journey of loving this city and families who don’t have families, you make a space for all of us to feel loved and see.

Attention Tuesday Mano families

Melbourne cup Playgroup sessions time changes for both groups

A big thank you to all the families who have let me know that they’ll be away tomorrow. I appreciate that..

Due to small numbers we will combine both sessions and we’ll run from 9:30 am till 11 am out door play after the session.

Well 12 months on just finished 19 events this childrens week 💖🙌🙌💖 still building this beautiful wide reaching across our city and beyond community of families 💖

Still getting amazing feedback 🙌💖
and still no income 😂

But 100% worth every moment and every cent sow in loving families 💖🙌💖

So this week we have had a truly amazing time with 12 events and still one more big one tomorrow💖

Thank you for all your support, kind words of encouragement and that you truly loved what I presented 💖💖💖

What I realised after many chats is families don’t know iv built this in one year out of my redundancy package and that I’m not making any income at the moment, and for almost a year now sown all fees, event income back into building something truly beautiful , but believe and trust next year I will start to make a small wage 💖💖💖

i’ve never done this for money, but because of my belief that every child and adult should be seen, loved and valued for who they are, no matter what their background, circumstance, Nero diversity, disability ,race, educational statice, financial background or faith.

Why because i’m autistic, dyslexic, raised in a single parent pension family, broken and blended family, poverty and so many more reasons why I won’t go into here.

But teachers, educators, RE teachers, all gave me a place to learn, feel safe, loved and valued 🥰🥰🥰  an access to things I could never have experienced such as music dance drama sport 💖💖💖
I dreamt of being that person one day for children

Community safety acceptance love should be something We should all experience💖 Because raising small children can be very isolating and vulnerable😞 so we gather together in our weekly classes, at these events and we celebrate children, families, inclusion and diversity💖

So thank you, thank you, thank you for your support and encouragement 27 years of doing this just started and I’m not done yet 💖🙌💖🙌💖🙌💖
