Posture check.
A lot of people come into Village Chiro worried about their posture—usually after long hours at a desk, scrolling on the phone, or reading in bed. The thing is, your body adapts to what you do most. If you’re often slouching or sitting still, your joints tighten up and your movement starts to narrow.
