Only 2 months in đŸ€Ż 👇

Frances told me she had tried EVERYTHING & that NOTHING was working!

She didn’t have the right structure, routineor support!

She was burning herself out or was doing nothing at all.

We took her in & made it happen in only 4 weeks!!

Here’s what we did:

‱No strict meal plans, just small tweaks to her meals
‱Realistic training 3-4x per week
‱Focused on sleep & stress
‱Mental health counseling to manage her cravings & stress

If your calorie deficit is 1200, you’re doing it WRONG 👇

Anddddd it’s a recipe for disaster 🙃

You will never be able to survive eating off 1200 AND KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF.

This amount is for Toddlers. Or body builders doing a a show prep (and it’s temporary)

If you want sustainable long term fat loss, here’s how you’re going to UP âŹ†ïž your calories to make your calorie deficit easier.

It’s going to take a lot of preparation, work, consistency & PATIENCE.

You need to
.

1. Be Lifting Weights
2. Be eating enough & eating enough protein
3. Keep building muscle & eating so that overtime, your maintenance calories are HIGHER hence your deficit won’t be as low!

Unpopular opinion 👀 👇

I don’t believe in meal plans.
And you’ll never get one in my program.

Why?

Because women get the BEST results when they don’t follow a strict meal plan 🌞

Meal plans teach you how to copy and paste.
They don’t teach you how to think.
They don’t teach you how to adapt.
They don’t teach you how to trust your body.

And the second life happens
 it all falls apart.

What actually works?

Learning how to build meals anywhere
Understanding your hunger cues
Eating with structure without obsession
Feeling in control without feeling restricted

That’s when results stick.
That’s when confidence grows.
That’s when food stops running your life ✹

No babysitting.
No dependency.
Just real skills and real freedom đŸ€

You need to be your #1 priority. Focus on YOU everyday.

First thing you do when you wake up should be HOW do I take care of myself today? How do I love myself today? How do I put myself first today?

Eating properly & taking care of your body is the most important thing :)
