Founder, Nicole is a National Pilates Trained instructor who has worked in the Pilates industry for over 10 years. Drawn into the world of pilates after a running injury and Nicole soon realised its restorative and strengthening benefits. Since then, she has learnt that pilates is much more than a rehabilitation measure, it also encourages better body tone and inner strength as well as wellness of body and mind!

🎊 Celebrating our Community!

Headspace Wangaratta, we would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all our Glow Pilates Team who participated in The Push-Up Challenge this year.

Collaboratively, Headspace Wangaratta raised over $4,000 and completed 58,873 push-ups.

These funds will be utilised by Headspace Wangaratta to continue to develop their service delivery by providing a diverse range of early intervention support programs for young people and families in our community.

Well done team! Cant wait until next years challenge! ❤️
