💭 Why YOU SHOULD care about your posture 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

Because of its relation to the spine and nervous system. Posture acts as window into the health of the spine and when we start to loose that postural strength we start to encounter both structural and functional issue.

These issues can range from things such as increased levels of pain and inflation alongside a loss of movement/ flexibility all the way to things like altered stress responses and poor cardiovascular health.

It’s for these reasons that we use things like X-rays and posture photos along side our standard testing in order to identify issues with the way our bodies are functioning.

By using these tests we can identify where our structure has deviated away from normal and implement tailored treatment protocols to strength the spine and nervous system.
