Body Tune-Up Myofascial Bodywork (Structural Integration) and Movement Training

This type of therapeutic bodywork aims to balance the fascia (the connective tissue web that runs through the body) so it's released in areas of restriction and supported in areas of weakness. It's a tonic for body and mind, opening tissues that feel tight and are stuck, initiating change in posture, movement, energy levels, and general dynamism. Feeling stiff and a bit rusty?

The benefits of this work:

- reduced pain
- increased range of motion, ease of movement
- increased athletic performance and endurance
- a more lifted, effortless posture
- increased energy, reduction of stress
- increased breathing capacity
- improved balance
- enhanced body awareness
