Hello! Thanks for taking the time to check out my page….
My name is Astra and I’m originally from Canada. I have been in Perth for the last 12 years.
Growing up in a small town in Canada we didn’t think to much about food. We ate what tasted good and when it did we ate more of it. We cooked at home and grew veggies in our garden! My mothers favourite quote was! “You have 2 choices for dinner take it of leave it.”
At the age of 22 when my body started to change from eating all the 2 min noodles and grilled cheese I started working out and learning about food. Like most of us I used to think fat made you fat!! Boy was I wrong!
