There are moments when the body quietly asks us to slow down.

Our Ancient Sounds gatherings inside the EESystem™ , allow you the space to step out of the noise of the world and go deep within.

Within the pure scalar and photonic environment of the EESystem™, the vibrations of sound travel more deeply through the body, supporting deep relaxation and inner balance.

As the sounds of crystal bowls, drum, chimes, tone and more move through the space, something magical begins to unfold.

Each gathering unfolds in its own sacred and unique way, attuned to what each soul is ready to receive, shift and awaken.

There is nothing you are required to do. Simply lie back, breathe and just be!

Allow the sound to meet you exactly where you are, and trust your own inner wisdom to guide the rest.

💁‍♀️ A new collaboration has arrived at Frequency of Light.

✨Qigong & Acupuncture inside the EESystem™✨

We are deeply honoured to welcome Sandee Lippiatt from Margaret River Acupuncture into our sanctuary, a practitioner many of you already know and hold in high regard within our community.

Through this collaboration, we will be offering Qigong and Acupuncture Sessions within our space, allowing these ancient practices to be experienced inside the nurturing environment of the EESystem™.

Within the EESystem™, this experience is gently amplified. As the body begins to settle and the mind quiets, it becomes easier to feel, to receive, and to connect more deeply with the movement of Qi within. What is experienced here is felt more deeply and integrates with greater ease.

Sandee will be offering these sessions at various times throughout the year, aligning with the natural cycles of the five elements and seasons.

Our first Qigong and Acupuncture Session will be held on Saturday, 9th May commencing at 3:00pm. Guided by the Metal element of Autumn, this opening session invites a gentle letting go of emotional clutter, while supporting the lungs and cultivating clarity within.

We welcome Sandee with open arms and hearts. This feels like a natural and aligned expansion for Frequency of Light, and we feel deeply honoured to be able to offer this to our community.

All levels are welcome, no experience required.
