If you’re an active female who eats healthy and STILL can’t lose weight, this is for you.

The most common reason who can’t drop the extra 5kg is fluid, inflammation and constipation (yup, ya poo weigh kgs) …

It’s frustrating moving, eating well and still not shifting that puffyness… when really… if you had your gut healthy, happy hormones and a diet tailored for you, you’d drop it in 14 days.

It’s not a guess gaming, this isn’t a fad diet and I say f$k off to quick fixes ❌ this is science.

❌💩Constipation is very rarely a diet issue.

Sure, nights out with too much booze and not enough fiber won’t make you feel fantastic the next day.. but if your diet is 80% fruit, veggies, protein plus you have minerals + water…

You should be pooing 1-3x daily. Formed. Easy. Minimal smell. No gas. Sausage like.

And if you’re not?

You got a gut issue ( & maybe a hormone issue)

💔it’s heart breaking watching women DO IT ALL and still rely on stimulants, enemas, fiber supplements and laxatives to poo… that’s not normal.

✅Common ❌ not normal.

I see you & I’m calling BS on your IBS.

I’ll die preaching this message. It’s not “just IBS”, you don’t need to “just do more” and it’s definitely not genetics, stress or not enough fiber.

Every health conscious female who has bloating, constipation, loose stools or is feeling puffy, inflamed & reactive ALWAYS has these on her 💩 test:

✅parasite infection or yeast imbalance
✅inflammation, low immune function + leaky gut
✅poor detoxing pathways
✅low good gut flora
✅an overgrowth of nasty bacteria

And yet here’s what she thinks it is..

❌genetics
❌stress
❌low fiber intake
❌not enough water
❌over eating
❌just her thyroid or hormones (gut related!!)

To the women doing it all.. I was you and I can promise you, it is not you.

👉Instead of pushing women to do more, try more, be more..

We need them to stop gaslighting themselves and start saying NO to main stream medicines IBS diagnosis and push for real answers.

But if you’re an IBS female, who eats enough fiber, moves her body, drinks water and would say she’s pretty healthy…

Then you need to microbiome test.

🤞The guessing game? It gets old. Things work.. until they don’t.. enemas feel like a quick fix.. magnesium citrate can make you a little fluidy.. you don’t want to rely on cascara forever..

I was at breaking point 💔

When you’re doing it all - what’s left?

✅Skincare

There wasn’t a day in the last 4years that I felt confident in my skin. Having to show up online, wanting to be makeup free, fixing my own clients BUT unable to heal my own skin!?

It was destroying me.

I was ready to give the pill or roaccutane a go just because I needed relief. BUT wanting to have kids, the side effects and the long term impact on gut health made them poor choices for me - they have a time and place… but this wasn’t it.

💡And then I realised. I HAD NO GUT SYMPTOMS BUT I NEVER CHECKED MY GUT!!!

Someone said to me, what would you tell a client? 👉👉Check their gut OF COURSE. Even if they were healthy… even if they had no gut symptoms.

Even if they were “doing it all”… because we always think we are… but we aren’t.

Journey.

Where did the passion for helping other grow from?

My personal Wellness Journey began in 2013 when I was diagnosed with Glandular Fever. The Epstein-Barr Virus caused a onset of symptoms including gluten intolerance, anxiety, infertility, hormone imbalances, impaired immune, leaky gut, parasite infections, bacterial imbalances and adrenal burnout. Being sent from specialist to specialist, repeating my symptoms, undertaking continual blood tests and physical examinations, only to be told that there was nothing wrong with me, made me very frustrated with traditional medicine. When you are one of the “healthiest” people you know - very nutritionally conscious and active, but cannot get “healthy”, rather are battling with ongoing symptoms, it starts to mess with your head. I had tried eliminating allergens, paleo, keto, FODMAPs, food combining, fasting, Gaps and calorie counting, yet my bad skin, bloating, IBS, stomach pains and fatigue weren't going away.

After finishing University, I started doing my own research into gut health and its impact on all systems in the body. The research was astounding, and the more I learnt the more I wanted to know! Consulting alongside a Nutritional GP, as well as seeing my own Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, I began to learn that all my symptoms were “real”, “curable” and interlinked! By using different “holistic testing” methods we started to uncover root causes. By treating these with a range of different herbs, supplements, food principles and lifestyle changes (rather than pills and antibiotics), I started (for the first time in years) to feel good again! An increase in energy, a decrease in pain and a more balanced approach to food has fulled my desire to learn as much as I can about the gut and its impact on health.
