We LOVE stocking our medicinal mushrooms in bulk at Replenish in Kalamunda, we LOVE the fact that you can bring your own jar and fill up what you need and the amounts you need. BUT, how do you work out which ones are best suited for YOU? This is the reason we hold regular medicinal mushroom workshops - we don't want you to just buy any variety, we want you to buy what is suited for your own personal needs - after all, our bodies are all different, right?

We have a workshop coming up this Wednesday night at Replenish in Kalamunda and we would love you to come, learn about the different varieties, taste each individual ones, and ask as many questions as you like (we LOVE questions!). You will also take home 50g of medicinal mushrooms, this is included in your ticket price which is only $40. It is totally worth the money, when you get to take some home to start your healthy self-healing journey at home.

We know, we get it! You don't want to risk ruining a perfectly good cup of coffee.

Well, here's a myth buster about medicinal mushrooms:

Coffee has a more dominant flavour than the mushrooms, but adding a teaspoon REALLY compliments the brew!

Also, our medicinal mushrooms can be enjoyed in either hot or cold liquid. All the amazing metabolites are stabilised during the dual extraction process.

Often, people ask me which medicinal mushrooms I take. At the moment, I am taking Shii Zen every morning, either in my smoothie or I drink it as a tea if I'm having breakfast. Shii Zen is supporting me through my menopause symptoms, such as energy endurance, hormone balance, gut health, vitamin D, immunity, night sweats, and B vitamins.

Then, at night, I enjoy a nourishing cup of Reishi with a dash of honey right after dinner. Having this at night time promotes a restful sleep and keeps my allergies at bay for the following day.

Why do I feel such pride for this amazing guy? Beyond being a wonderful husband, an incredible father, and a supportive business partner, this week Jase marked an impressive milestone of 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆—and that's truly remarkable! When he sets his mind to something, he is fully dedicated, which speaks volumes about his character.

What are Jase's temptations, you might ask? He can't resist a 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 and often indulges in 𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘴 when dining out (as you can see here)—I like to call it his 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻! 😆
