And that's the end of 2025 at AIM

2025 has been our biggest and best year to date, being able to help over 330 people that came through our doors (all of them more than once)

It's been our pleasure to see everyone's progress throughout the year and we can't wait to see what 2026 has in store for us all

The NDIA is currently reviewing the efficacy of continuing funding Exercise Physiology and other supports under the NDIS going forward

EPs are the most undervalued Allied Health Professional in Australia and are the gold standard for designing, implementing and reviewing exercise interventions to improve outcomes in those with chronic conditions and disability. Anyone who has come in contact with an EP understands the fantastic value we are able to bring their lives through exercise. So I have a massive favour to ask of you and that's to have your say as to why EPs should be valued among every other Allied Health Professional in the country. Let's make some noise and show those who are making the big decisions the value of Exercise Physiologists

The NDIS Evidence Advisory Committee (EAC) will give advice to government on the suitability of supports for funding under the NDIS. This was announced in the 2024-25 Budget, as part of the response to the NDIS Review.

If you can keep working all day without a break, you're probably not working hard enough 🥵

Most people don't realise how much they're leaving on the table by not cranking the weights up and working hard, but in order to do that, you need to rest in between 😴

Think of it like charging your battery 🔋 up for maximum output. If you let it run flat, you can't expect it to be at it's absolutely best
