🫀An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) can help save a life during sudden cardiac arrest - every minute without one lowers the chance of survival by about 10%.

💡 How to use an AED:
1️⃣ Turn it on
2️⃣ Follow the voice prompts
3️⃣ Attach the pads as shown
👉 You cannot hurt someone by using an AED - it only delivers a shock if needed.

📍 Where to find AEDs in Australia:
You can find AEDs in shopping centres, gyms, schools, airports, sports clubs, workplaces, and other public places.
Look for a green sign with a heart and lightning bolt.

Apps like GoodSAM or St John First Responder can help you find one.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful for our amazing clients, students, and supporters. Teaching life-saving skills and watching your confidence grow has been the absolute highlight — we’re lucky to do what we do ❤️
