🫀30:2 is what we do! For all age groups, 30 compressions then 2 rescue breaths is the ratio for CPR.

In an emergency, knowing how to perform CPR could save a life. That’s 30 compressions ➡️ 2 rescue breaths and repeat until help arrives! 🚑

Not every trip to the hospital needs an ambulance. But some absolutely do. 🚑

Do you actually know when to call 000? Most people hesitate when they shouldn't — and in a real emergency, those seconds matter.

Swipe through this carousel to see exactly when you need to call immediately, and what to do when it's urgent but not life-threatening (slide 6 might surprise you).

When to call 000 right away:
🫀 Chest pain or tightness
🔥 Large burns
😮‍💨 Difficulty breathing
⚡ Extreme pain
😶 Sudden numbness or paralysis in the face, arm or leg
🩸 Severe bleeding
😵 Unconsciousness
🚗 Serious crashes

Women are 30% less likely to receive CPR in an emergency - not because bystanders don't care, but because they're afraid to act.

Fear of touching a woman's chest during CPR stops people from stepping in. And that fear is costing lives.

Yeah, us too. That's exactly why we made this.

COWS is the first aid check nobody teaches you at school but absolutely should. Four simple questions that tell you if someone is responsive — and no, it has nothing to do with actual cows (although the mascot is pretty cute).

👂 C – Can you hear me?
👁️ O – Open your eyes
🗣️ W – What's your name?
🤝 S – Squeeze my hands

Watch through all 6 slides, laugh at the terrible jokes, and walk away actually knowing what to do in an emergency.

🚑 A quick but important reminder!

If you come across a life-threatening situation, remember - consent matters. Don’t remove someone’s clothing unless you have their permission or it’s medically necessary to do so.

It’s a small detail that makes a big difference in how we care for people during their most vulnerable moments.
