Your gut might be waving a little red flag if you notice:
⚠️ Constant bloating or cramps
⚠️ Ongoing diarrhoea or constipation
⚠️ Blood in your stool
⚠️ Unexplained weight changes

Children don’t always tell us when they’re in pain – sometimes the signs are subtle. Look out for things like:
✔️ Changes in mood or behaviour
✔️ Trouble sleeping or eating
✔️ Avoiding activities they usually enjoy
✔️ Unexplained crying, irritability, or clinginess

If you’re concerned, trust your instincts and speak with your GP or pharmacist. Pain should never be ignored – we take it seriously. 💜
