We’re delighted to welcome Kayla Ross back from maternity leave as she returns to her role as Senior Exercise Physiologist on 3 February. 🙌

On her return, Kayla will be working across our Port Adelaide, Marleston, and Mawson Lakes clinics, continuing to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients. 💪

Kayla has been an integral part of our team since 2020, bringing extensive experience in complex workplace injury, neurological injury, and additional training in women’s health.

Welcome to the team, Sienna! 👏

Sienna has been working with us as a Therapy Assistant in our disability space for several months while completing the final months of her Exercise Physiology degree.

She is a perfect fit for our team, bringing a genuine passion for joint injury rehabilitation alongside hands-on experience as a sports trainer.
Sienna truly practices what she preaches and lives an active lifestyle, participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, lifting, running, and hiking. 💪

Jenny comes to us with a wealth of experience in the Return to Work (RTW) space, having worked for several years as a RTW consultant. She has a strong understanding of the RTW process and knows how important good communication and collaboration is for achieving great outcomes.

Now, she’s bringing that expertise into the gym setting—tailoring rehab programs and objective testing to support our clients with their RTW goals.

Jenny also speaks Vietnamese and is passionate about supporting the Vietnamese community throughout their recovery and return to work journey.

You’ll find her at both our Mawson Lakes and Wingfield clinics—welcome aboard, Jenny! We’re lucky to have you! 👏

We’re excited to welcome Jade Conlon to our team as an Exercise Physiologist working in the workplace injury space.

Jade brings a wealth of experience from her time as a Return to Work Consultant with a respected RTW provider. Her deep understanding of the workers compensation system — including the needs of case managers, RTW providers, employers, and of course, the injured worker — is a huge asset to our team.

This unique perspective will strengthen our ability to support injured workers and enhance our outcomes across the RTWSA scheme.

Jade will be working as a treating EP at the Adelaide Injury Clinic, Wingfield, and we can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make.

We just had to share this lovely message from the mother of one of our clients, Ethan. Her words say it all:

“I just wanted to send you a quick email to say how impressive Patrick was today with my son Ethan. Ethan is neurodivergent, had a big day at school and is feeling stressed about a catch-up with his dad this weekend. I mentioned to Patrick that Ethan had had a tough day and just wasn’t feeling it... Patrick immediately suggested finding a quiet spot or heading outside for a walk instead. Ethan jumped at the offer and came back looking and feeling lighter and more relaxed.”

We will have Exercise Physiologists at Port Adelaide weekly at Blackbird fitness at Port Adelaide Plaza Shopping Centre. This expansion allows us to better serve clients in the Peninsula, including Largs Bay, North Haven, and surrounding areas.
