I have recently completed some more Profession Development - Muscle Energy Techniques.
METs can help increase/restore range of movement, increase joint mobility, strengthen inhibited muscles and improve musculoskeletal function. 🙏✌️🌻

I thought I'd bring Francis back - he hasn't made an appearance for a while 💚, he is still helping me out behind the scenes😀.

I have been spending some time delving deeper into a Remedial Massage treatment to assist with the condition of Muscle Tension Headaches.

This treatment primarily targets some of the muscles of the head, neck and shoulders particularly: SCM, Sub Occipitals, Splenius Cap and Cervicus, Traps, Scalenes, Masseter and Temporalis.

I have news for anyone experiencing jaw pain/tension, jaw clicking, neck tension and/or headaches. 💆‍♂️

I have recently completed some professional development with a focus on treating cervico-mandibular dysfunction. This course has deepened my knowledge and refined my treatment skills of the jaw and associated head, neck, shoulder musculature.

Some feedback from clients:
- "less intense head ache."
- "headache has gone."
- "lovely sleep, after the treatment."
- reduced clenching of my jaw.

I will have increased appointments available from the start of August.
