🌟 One of my absolute favorite stretches is the lateral stretch! 🌟 This stretch targets the lateral fascia line, which runs along the sides of our body, connecting the feet to the head. By releasing the tension in this line, I’ve found it super helpful for my right hip and lower back issues, especially when I’m feeling misaligned.
Stretching the lateral lines not only helps even out my body but also promotes better alignment and flexibility. It can alleviate knee pain by improving the function of the IT band, ease hip discomfort by enhancing mobility, relieve back tension by supporting spinal alignment, and free up tightness around the shoulders for better range of motion.
