Today is my Mum’s 1st heavenly birthday. She would’ve been 79💫

And as I write this, I’m crying so hard, but not for the reasons you may think🥹

Whenever I think about Mum, I think about my soul mission – and how deeply she is woven into it.

I know, without a doubt, that we had a soul contract. One where she would do whatever it took to wake me up to the path I was meant to walk.

I now know that our agreement (made before we incarnated into this earthly life) was that if I hadn’t fully stepped onto my soul path by my 40th birthday, something would happen. Something BIG enough to redirect my life.

And it did.

When Mum had her stroke one week before my 40th bday, it shattered me. She lost SO much – her independence, her body, and the one that still hurts the most: her voice.

As heartbreaking as it was to witness, it also strengthened my resolve in a way I can’t fully put into words. Bcoz her sacrifice anchored something deep in me:
🔥I am here for a reason
🔥My work here is to create a movement – to help women live, love, and lead from their soul’s truth →
and to bring this work into the world in her honour.

So today, alongside the love and grief, I feel immense gratitude:
Gratitude for our soul contract.
Gratitude for the reminder of why I’m here.
And gratitude for the legacy I’m committed to creating.

And I want this to be YOUR reminder too.

I know this from personal experience, especially after losing Mum a few months ago.

She was the one parent who made me feel I had a safety net, and I was terrified what my world would look like without her.

What helped me accept the situation and let go gracefully was choosing to anchor into love –unconditionally.

Not to bypass my fear or emotions, but to stabilise myself as I moved into uncharted territory.

From that place, I was able to surrender, TRUST and let go with full acceptance.

To meet my grief and fear with compassion – and even find more understanding and forgiveness in a relationship with my Dad that had once felt impossible.

It’s all because of love.
LOVE is what made me stronger and feel complete.

Not external love, but my own inner fountain of love.
It brought me clarity, peace and full trust + surrender → in myself, my relationships, my purpose, and my soul mission.

And I know it will do the same for you.
Because most of us underestimate love as just being a feel good emotion which is soft, warm and gooey.

Last night, we gathered for The Soul Factor’s first End-of-Year Celebration. And while the initial plan was to journal and set intentions under the full moon… I always knew it was going to be SO MUCH MORE 🥹

Because 2 years ago, this life – this amazing community – was just a beautiful pipe dream I had no idea how to build.

But when I looked around the table at these incredible women…women I’ve laughed and cried with, held through fear and celebrated through breakthroughs…women who trusted my vision long before there was evidence…I felt the magnitude of what I’m here to do 💯

I spoke for over an hour with no notes, only pure soul, sharing about the evolution of my mission & The Soul Factor – and I watched their hearts soften, eyes light up, and a deep resonance ripple collectively.

B/c the women who find their way into my world are not here by coincidence. Their soul recognises mine. There’s a remembering. A spark. A “holy s**t - I’m home.”

They’re here because everything inside The Soul Factor is built on Soul Strategy™️ – a multidimensional framework that guides women to make choices, lead relationships, grow their businesses, and live every part of their lives aligned with soul.

Because when you co-create with your Higher Self – resistance dissolves, flow returns and life harmonises.

This is where Frequency × Flow™️ happens – where WHO you are and WHAT you do unify and become ONE.

Last night, they felt it. Pure truth. Soul-led clarity. 
Some will take this into their relationships. Some into their personal expansion. Some into discovering their purpose.

But ALL of them? They’re here to live with more SOUL.

These women are the very reason I get up every morning, lit up by soul fire to show up for them with my whole heart and to support their soul’s evolution to my highest ability, and last night, The Soul Factor movement was ignited even more🔥
