Now & Next Program Now & Next is an innovative, award-winning program for parents, family members, and carers of children with concerns about their child’s development.

N&N helps you develop skills to achieve positive outcomes for your child, your family & yourself Life can be overwhelming for parents or carers if their children don’t develop or behave in the same way as other children. Parents often wonder if there is something more they could be doing to help. Now & Next™ is an 8-session interactive program that can help you to make a positive difference for your child. We know that parents and carers make the biggest difference in their child’s life. Not by doing more, but by achieving more with less effort. Your valuable time will be well spent because we measure the outcomes and it works.

-94% of parents said: ‘Our child is learning new skills’
-95% of parents said: ‘Our child has positive family relationships’
-91% of parents said: ‘Our child is making choices and communicating’
(*Parents who have completed the Now and Next program reported on the achievements of their child outcomes at the end of the program.) Join the program and you will:

🎉 Plumtree Children's Services and Belongside Families held a wonderful Family Conference over the weekend! The day was full of insightful sessions from guest speakers; it was also lovely to see new and familiar parents and carers sharing experiences and connecting with each other. We hope the event was inspiring for everyone there!

✨ A few takeaways from the day:
• We are the ones who make the biggest positive difference for our child, our family and ourselves
• We progress and thrive when we focus on our family's strengths and interests
• Professional partnerships and working together with others are vital
•Focusing on our own wellbeing has a positive effect on the whole family

Reframing Autism founder Dr Melanie Heyworth has some advice on self-advocacy, taken from the 2018 Now & Next Alumni Conference.

❤️ Children feel safe and supported when we listen to their opinions and ensure that their rights are upheld.
