Could life be easier, less stressful, more rewarding, more enjoyable? It can be helpful to talk to friends and family about how overwhelming life has become, but sometimes, talking to your friends and family just isn't enough. This is when professional counselling or psychotherapy if effective. Counselling and psychotherapy can help you with
* relationships – challenges with your partner, a work colleague, family member, friends
* daily mood challenges - anxiety, general unhappiness with your current life, melancholy, depression, constant worrying, losing interest in activities you used to enjoy
* drinking too much or drug use, emotional eating
* to gain more from life, deepen understanding of self, explore and grow, develop good self esteem and confidence

Homœopathy may be used in the management of a variety of illnesses and conditions and minor accidents requiring first aid. It is a traditional medicine and may be used alongside conventional treatments and medications where applicable or required. The way I like to use homeopathy is as an adjunct to my counselling, psychotherapy & coaching sessions. Conditions where a homeopathic medicine can support other sessions include:

I’m Meagan Johnson, a Clinical Counsellor who works within a holistic approach to mental health.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Social Worker and Homeopath. I incorporate Homeopathic Medicine, Bach and Bush Flower Remedies to work from a perspective that recognises both emotional nuance and the mind–body connection.

My practice is grounded in established counselling methods—such as reflective dialogue, trauma‑informed approaches, and evidence‑based therapeutic frameworks—while using these complementary remedies to support clients in exploring subtle emotional shifts.

Rather than positioning the remedies as a replacement for conventional mental health care, I use them as gentle tools that may help clients tune into feelings like fear, self‑doubt, or overwhelm with greater clarity.

My style is calm, attentive, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can engage in meaningful psychological work while also drawing on holistic supports.
