Now I've got your attention I just wanted to announce my new yogalates ( a fusion of yoga and pilates and relaxation) class times for 2026. There have been some changes!
Mondays 5 30pm
Tuesdays 345 pm
Wednesdays 930am
Friday 8.45am MEN'S ONLY CLASS OVER 50'S

Yogalates at Samantha Pledger Physiotherapy (Errol st Maryborough) will recommence Monday 6th October at 5.30pm.
Class times are Mondays and Thursdays at 5.30pm, Wednesdays at 9.30am and 3.45pm and a Men's Only class 9.00am on Fridays.
Yogalates is fun, relaxing and good for your body AND mind. You always leave with a smile on your dial 😊😁😄😃😀😅🙂.
