When it’s 32deg and you’ve planned to do some weight cycling.. 🥵🥵🥵
Some days its hard to find the motivation to get moving and today was one of those days where it hard to start lifting.. But I had to tick the box, not for anyone else but for myself..
The whole workout took less then 30mins, which is much shorter than the procrastination that took place beforehand..
