3. Marching in Place or calf raises and dropping your heels to the ground in a gentle bounce(1 minute): Finally, get your body moving! You don’t need to jump around like you’re in a fitness class—just a minute of light bouncing or standing still on a vibration machine can help stimulate lymphatic flow.
