When it comes to progress pics you see a visual change in body fat levels and overall shape which is pretty motivating.
Here’s what you DON’T see but deserves a mention:
✅ going from never stepping foot in a gym to building the confidence to follow a gym based personalised program, learn new exercises, and even film them for me to review and provide guidance
✅ a HUGE level up in nuttional awareness, structure, and protocols to achieve fat loss and keep it off
✅ a range of new formed habits that improve every aspect of life and keep the results coming
Jacinta has honestly impressed me so much across the past few months. When we first got started I wrote her a home based program as well as a gym based program with the idea of going to the gym whenever she felt comfortable.
Guess what… the home based program didn’t get used at all. She stepped up, joined a gym, and has been killing it ever since.
Every week her check ins with me are detailed and I can tell she has really built a solid understanding of the fundamentals I’ve taught her along the way.
When I asked her about any nutritional challenges she’s had this past week this is what she had to say:
“The most challenging part of my nutrition this week has been the wedding on the weekend and travelling to get there. I prioritised my protein intake and made choices that align to my nutritional goals but I definitely enjoyed my time away and ate and drank as part of the celebrations.”
She also mentioned that she focused on getting her steps up, had some coconut water, and then saw a drop on the scale.
Nailing the basics. Enjoying her life. Being coachable. Trusting the process 👏🏼
People are too scared to attend social events due to their restrictive diets yet Jacinta has 3 weddings in a row, other social events, and her bday coming up with ZERO guilt or stress in the process.
