Get to know Harry, our physio blending neuro rehab with innovative VR therapy! ✨

Why physio, and why EngageVR?
Harry began in sports physio but quickly found his passion in Neurological Rehabilitation. EngageVR was a natural fit - combining his Neuro focus with tech that genuinely elevates the therapy experience.

Favourite part of working here?
Integrating VR with traditional therapy to re-engage clients, plus the chance to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Client groups he loves working with:
People living with Parkinson’s, spinal cord injuries, MS, ataxias, and stroke. Building long-term relationships and supporting day-to-day function is what drives him.

His tip for anyone new to VR rehab:
Stay creative. Every client is different - keep experimenting with tools and techniques to maximise outcomes.

Meet Hannah - part of our Customer Experience team at Engage VR.
She’s often the first friendly face clients see when they arrive, and she loves setting a warm, positive tone for their visit. 💚

What do you enjoy most about connecting with clients at Engage VR?
I love being the first person clients see. Making them feel welcome and setting a positive vibe is really rewarding, and their excitement always lifts my day.

What makes Engage VR a great place to start rehab?
It’s friendly, supportive, and positive. Clients feel cared for as soon as they arrive, which helps them stay motivated throughout their journey.

What does great customer experience mean to you?
To me, it’s making people feel welcome, heard, and supported. I do that by greeting everyone with a smile, staying approachable, and making sure they have everything they need to feel comfortable.

What’s something people might not realise about the Customer Experience team?
We do a lot behind the scenes - coordinating with the team, managing schedules, and preparing for each client. It’s more than greeting people; we’re constantly organising to keep everything running smoothly.

Meet Rachel - the other half of our new Dietetics Services duo at Engage VR! 💚

Drawn to dietetics by her belief that food connects us all, Rachel is passionate about helping people use nutrition as a powerful tool for health, recovery, and independence. With experience supporting individuals managing chronic and neurological conditions - including those recovering from stroke - she’s dedicated to making nutrition practical, empowering, and meaningful in everyday life.

Rachel’s approach is all about collaboration and confidence-building. She creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and equipped with the tools they need to take charge of their wellbeing.

With further training in Motivational Interviewing and Disability and Inclusion for Dietitians, Rachel brings warmth, expertise, and a genuine care for helping people feel their best.
