Another enjoyable morning was had at the Kadampa Meditation Centre in Newcastle last Sunday, when Kadam Mick presented a teaching on the importance of Patience. Many thanks to all those who attended and made this day possible as well and the volunteers for their support. That concludes the half day course for the year, but we hope you can all make it to the Christmas BBQ & talk coming up soon.

Our Story

Established in 2009, the centre has provided meditation classes and courses throughout the Newcastle, Hunter and Port Macquarie areas. Classes range from drop-in classes that serve as an excellent introduction to meditation through to a committed study program for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Buddhist meditation and practice. It is hoped, that the people of Newcastle and surrounding areas will be able to find peace and a deep understanding of themselves and those around them. Everyone is welcome.
