** URGENT SCHEDULE UPDATE**
We hope your week has been a happy one so far. Ours on the other hand has been very complicated with maintenance work, rescheduled and cancelled flights.
Unfortunately, due to the powers that be and out of our hands, our Flight’s home have been all screwed up. We were due to fly home Sunday night to be back for Tuesday afternoon shift but unfortunately our Qantas flight from Dallas to Sydney was cancelled. We were then rescheduled new flights and then our flight from MYRTLE BEACH was cancelled and then rescheduled.
We managed to fly out of MYRTLE BEACH and they redirected us to Charlotte but then in Charlotte our flight was delayed due to maintenance issues which then meant we missed our connecting flight from Dallas to Sydney.
American Airlines have put us up in a hotel but we cannot get another flight from Dallas to Sydney until Tuesday night at which gets us home Thursday.
Unfortunately, we don’t have remote access to Front Desk as our computer system is down making it impossible to cancel Thursday morning appointments.
Lund & I are so very sorry for this unplanned inconvenience this causes for all our Patients.
If you’re booked for a Thursday avo appointment, we’ll see you then commencing at 3pm.
If you were booked for Thursday morning and wish to be seen this week, leave us a message on the answering machine (8362-8711), or SMS our mobiles and we will take care of you either Thursday avo or Friday morning commencing at 7:30am
Again, apologies for the travel hiccups. Grimace. Heavy sigh.
