Yoga classes - My next 6 week block commences on Wednesday 28th Oct 6-7pm at the PRCC Hall.
Join me for this ‘Slow Yoga’ class and take this opportunity to connect with your body and your breath. You will enjoy some gentle stretches and flows in this mixed level class.
