I’ve decided to start sharing some tips. I see women every day struggling every day especially from late 30s on, with weight loss. I’ve attended some recent seminars from experts in this field, to help myself as well.
The first thing is, there are so many factors influencing the ability to lose weight and keep it off!
This includes, genetics, stress levels, low estrogen, diet mix, types of exercise, muscle mass.
We’re all so busy, there’s so much information. How do we make sense of it all.
Tip1 - from Sydney GP specialising in weight loss:
If you eat more than 70g of carbs per day no matter how much you exercise you cannot burn fat!!!
What!! Hence not no carb but reduce carbs!!
Have a look at your yoghurt, cereal, bread, pasta, rice and fruit intake for starters, not to mention chocolate and chips if you are doing that and alcohol of course.
Carbs are also inflammatory so cut them down to reduce pain and also your risk of heart disease!
