Big weekend of sport… and a few too many head knocks 🤕

Unfortunately, concussion isn't rare, it's often just mismanaged or missed. 🤷‍♂️

We are trying to fix that! 🩹

Flinders Christian Community College education workshop. 📚📗👩‍🎓

Sarah & Cal spent the day educating year 11 & 12 students last week.
Sports rehab, injury management, sports strapping, concussion & return to play were some of the topics covered.
The students got all wrapped up in the practical workshop where they learnt how to tape ankles 🦶and how much leg hair can come off with sports tape 😱

Huge thanks to for their support & tape supplies.
& for inviting us along!
