What is Reactivate Animal Energy?

I use muscle testing to identify the β€˜core’ emotional, physical and energetic blockages in your animals which can affect their (and your) health and well-being.

Using a range of correction techniques, including Australian Bush Essences, I remove these stresses from the animals body.

We can also β€˜talk’ to the animal using kinesiology techniques, and sometimes giving them a voice is enough.

This exercise strengthens hip stabilisers including glute medius and hip flexors.
It increases suppleness through the rib age and increases balance and core strength.

As you can see, Leda struggles with glute strength and balance in her right hind as she knocks the pole.

Day 1 of Rehab

My mare slipped over in the paddock a few weeks ago and hurt her right hip flexor muscles.
Now she is sound in the paddock, I have started her on some Pilates exercises.

Pilates exercises help with balance, coordination, strength and suppleness by targeting core muscles.
They are a great way to identify which of your horses muscles need to be strengthens and which need to be stretched by working each side of the horse unilaterally.

You can see in this exercise, Leda struggles with her coordinatoon and strength due to tight, weak hip flexor muscles, and a weak core.
