I have been practicing as a natural health care provider for 20 years in my busy private practice. I absolutely love the transformational work that I do with people just like yourself, people wanting to reach optimal wellness and vitality. Like most naturopaths, I get to see people for conditions ranging from the common cold, digestive complaints, to asthma and infertility. Having said that, I have a special interest in transforming the lives of people suffering from stress, anxiety, phobias and addictions- including smoking and alcohol. What sets me apart from other practitioners in my field, is the range of studies I have undertaken over the years so that I am able to offer you a truly holistic treatment, which means that we can get your life back on track on all levels. Your physical wellbeing is addressed by naturopathic philosophy whilst your mindset is enhanced by personal development coaching, hypnosis, NLP, mindfulness techniques (ACT) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy).
