We are welcoming our resident Yoga Therapist Mischa Telford all the way from Vaucluse, Sydney, where she has been running her own yoga studio for the last 25 years as well as offering YOGA THERAPY and massage along with facilitating yoga philosophy mentoring for both teachers and students.

Please welcome Mischa not only to the Flow State team but also to the Fleurieu Peninsula where she is settling in Willunga.

The intelligence, experience and genuine passion for yoga and yoga philosophy that Mischa brings is a gift to anyone who has the pleasure of being in her presence.

Mischa has extensive studies in yoga therapy, yoga philosophy, Gestalt Therapy, trauma and mental health aware yoga, Kriya and somatics and has had the honour of receiving tutelage from the greats, Dr. Ganesh and Indra Mohan in Chennai, India.

Mischa will be coming on board as a Flow State Affiliate Practitioner where she will be re-establishing her business at Flow State Health.

She will be offering 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions which draws upon yoga’s ancient practices by recognising the influence of the seasons and natural elements incorporating specific asanas (postures), Pranayama, (breathing exercises) along with mindfulness and meditation to remediate a broad range of mind and body related symptoms.

Mischa also supports her yoga therapy with the inclusion of remedial massage and therapeutic touch alongside her yoga 1:1

Lucie has been a long term client, who over the last year has been studying her REMEDIAL MASSAGE DIPLOMA and will be joining the Flowstate Health team as she continues to complete her training as well as receiving private mentoring from myself.

While new to the bodywork industry Lucie comes with a wealth of knowledge having a background in nutritional medicine, mental health and wellbeing services as well as being a multi styled yoga teacher.

A well known and well loved face in the fleurieu for her caring nature, you may have already had the pleasure of experiencing her dedication and healing presence at one of her yoga classes. I’d love to add that Lucie will also be a second generation Massage Therapist as her matriarchal lineage’s caring legacy and skillful hands have been passed down.

Lucie has interest in furthering her studies in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy to add to her Body Work repertoire.

Jana has been Massaging on the Fleurieu for the last 11 years with a small hiatus after having her 2 babies. We just KNOW her cult following will be pleased to have her back in the healing space.

As am I!! Jana and I have had the pleasure of sharing clinic many years ago at and again sharing retreat spaces together in more recent years. We always work so well in synchronicity and I feel blessed to be working along side her again!!
Jana is a qualified remedial and pregnancy massage therapist with additional training in breathwork, meditation, and reiki.

Jana’s practice is grounded in a holistic approach to women’s health, recognising the connection between physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

Jana works with a broad range of physical ailments and has specialised training in pregnancy and post- partum care. Through targeted remedial techniques and supportive therapies, Jana works with women during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
