Private session with this beautiful lady today!
Lynda demonstrating exercises she has been doing every day to help her headaches and foggy vision.
After 3 days her symptoms have disappeared completely and she is pain free 👍🏻🤩.
Stretching the upper trapezius muscle improves blood flow to the brain and also reduces likelihood of dementia.
Well done Lynda. Keep up the amazing work ☺️💪 🧘‍♀️
