In the last few weeks I have had a number of new clients with post treatment complications due to being treated incorrectly or having treatments there skin type is not recommended to have.

My latest client has permanent skin damage for a plasma treatment as she was not prepped and her skin type is prone to complications healing with advanced treatments.

I see this all the time.

People thinking a peel is just something that makes your skin flake for a few days and gives you a bit of a glow.

And honestly… that’s why so many people feel like treatments “don’t work.”

Because they don’t actually understand what the treatment is designed to do.

When I do a peel, I’m not just thinking about what your skin looks like on the surface.

I’m looking at how your skin is functioning.

Is it turning over properly?
Is there congestion sitting underneath?
Is inflammation driving breakouts or uneven tone?

A peel is about correcting those processes.

It speeds up what your skin should already be doing… but isn’t.

When I became a skin therapist 12 years ago, never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have my own skin and laser clinic.

4 years have gone by so quick but I honestly wouldn’t be here without all your love and support over the years.

Skin is what I love and breathe and I have deticated my entire 12 year career to it. I am so passionate about it and helping you on your skin journey.

You have to stop treating your skin like it’s a Tinder choice.

Hoping one treatment will fix everything is exactly why you’re not seeing results, because ageing isn’t one single issue, it’s multiple layers happening at once and no single treatment can address all of that in one go.

Real results come from layering treatments with intention, not expecting a one-off appointment to do the work of a plan.
