It’s easy to feel frustrated when pain hasn’t fully gone yet…but there’s usually a lot more happening under the surface.

Moving better.
Feeling stronger.
Trusting your body again.
Recovering quicker.

That’s all progress.

Pain is just one piece of the puzzle — don’t let it be the only thing you measure.

How do you actually know when it’s time to replace your running shoes?
