On the weekend, the LHP team finally got together for our very delayed Christmas party 🎄

A beautiful day out on the Mandurah Estuary, great company, good food, and a cheeky mimosa (or two).

It was a nice chance to slow down, reflect on the year that’s been, and celebrate the many wins across the clinic.

In the clinic, a big part of what we do is help people restore and maintain healthy spinal motion.

Pain relief is only part of the picture 👇

In chiropractic care, exercise prescription isn’t just an “extra” — it’s a key part of keeping pain from coming back.

💊Think of your exercises like medication:
• The movement = the medicine
• Sets & reps = the dose
• Frequency = how often you take it

💪If the dose is too low, nothing changes.
If it’s too high or taken at the wrong time, it can flare things up.
