Nothing brings people together quite like good company and endless comfort food — tonight was proof of that!

Everyone had such a great time catching up, sharing laughs and bonding over pizza, pasta and dessert. They say “food brings people together” and we couldn’t agree more.

Creative vibes were in full swing at our recent Art Group session!

Using acrylic paintson canvas, our members explored their artistic side by creating vibrant budgie portraits inspired by modern impressionism and pop art. With bold brushstrokes and bright expressive colours, each painting was as unique as its creator.

It was amazing to see everyone's creativity thrive from playful colour choices to experimenting with texture and form. The room was filled with laughter, concentration and that wonderful sense of pride that comes from making something with your own hands.

Our members enjoyed the session so much and we loved seeing their confidence and creativity grow on the canvas!

A big thank you to our amazing Peer Support Student, Michi for facilitating such a fun and meaningful Art Group earlier this month! 🧡✨

Our members had a fantastic time creating beautiful origami pieces and learning a bit about the rich history behind this timeless art form. Your creativity, calm energy and thoughtful guidance made it a truly special session.
