COMPLEX SUPPORT WORKERS TO JOIN OUR INTENSIVE & COMPLEX SUPPORT UNIT (ICSU)

Attuned Care is a Registered NDIS provider that support participants through Day Options, Farm Based Supports, Social & Community Participation, In-Home Support, Mentoring and SIL; specialising in complex behaviours.

We’re building something special. 🌻

We are now establishing the new ICSU. Our Intensive & Complex Support Unit which is dedicated to people with highly complex behavioural presentations. We take a careful, person-centred approach and build capable, stable teams around each participant. If you’re looking for a career (not just a job) and you love growing alongside your clients and your team, we’d love to meet you.

📎 REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2-3+ years experience
* Exposure to Behaviour Support
* Experience in complex environments
* Use reflective practice
* Calm under pressure demeanour
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

📍 Location: Adelaide (Northern Suburbs)
🕒 Hours: Various hours and shifts available on a 2:1 (staff:participant ratio) SIL roster schedule.
