Pictured is a collaboration of HEALTH with Strive HQ in Medowie, who is leading a group of individuals on a path to creating a healthy lifestyle. This box we have created with Strive HQ is perfectly named the GREEN GODDESS, packed fully of fruit & veg that encourages detoxification, rejuvination & repair to bring out the inner Goddess.

As we begin the lead up to what we might expect to be our most appreciated social season, our bodies are screaming for the fruit & veg to replensih & rebuild from a lower time. Let's together replenish & rebuild ourselves and our local businesses.

60 Days FULL of goodness!

Here’s the run down + requirements:
• Nourish your body with the ‘green goddess’ detox juice each morning
• Consume the ‘green goddess’ salad once each day (lunch or dinner) with your choice of protein
• Consume 2-3 other meals/snacks per day (these are your own choices, but you will be given ideas and guidance)
• Drink 2-3 Litres of Water daily
• Engage in MOVEMENT for 30 minutes daily
• Engage in MINDFULNESS for 20 minutes daily
• Engage in our private Facebook Group daily activities (fun facts, discussions, mentoring, etc)

This challenge also includes:
• Private Facebook Group (motivation, discussion, tracking + education)
• 60 days of optional workouts (released daily)
• Consistent contact with each individual to keep you accountable
• Daily check-ins & discussions (via Facebook group)

This is a WOD I had not even thought about doing today, it kind of just happened and I am oh so glad it did! 🙌🏽

It felt slow.
It felt hard.
It felt long.
It felt GOOD! (At the end 😜)

I did the runs in the descending round (500m down to 100m) with an 8kg dead ball to add a little extra challenge! ✌🏽

DAY 47!! 💪🏽

HILL / STREET SPRINTS 🏃🏼‍♀️
Find a hill (for incline) or street (the further the length, the harder the workout).

1 round of sprints between reflector posts (or choose your own markers) with a 10 second rest between sprints.

1 round of 10 x lunges then sprint between markers with no rest!

Markers should be around 50m-70m apart!

This was done at GanGan look out, which is 160m elevation! ✌🏽🖤
