Dear Members
There has been a change in circumstances at the Salt Wellness Rooms that enables us to operate at least 1 more week of Sessions in the Adult and Family Rooms.
Dependent upon when we start the DeFit, the sessions will continue until further notice. It has been and always will be our intention to provide a Salt Therapy service for you all for the betterment of your health and wellbeing.

Sessions are available for all our rooms from tomorrow, as usual for Mondays the Private Room may be fully booked.

Salt Wellness Rooms, located at 106 Lower Plenty Road in Rosanna, offer a safe and natural therapy to relieve conditions such as Asthma, Hay Fever, Cold & Flu, Eczema & Psoriasis, Sinusitis, Sleep & Snoring and Stress & Anxiety. Salt is a natural anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and antihistamine, therefore people experiencing everything from breathing to skin issues may achieve significant and lasting symptom relief with regular salt therapy.

Our salt therapy rooms replicate natural salt caves found all over the world. The rooms that are used for salt therapy are outfitted with a micro-climate that’s similar to a salt mine found underground. The floor is covered with salt and Pharmaceutical salt will then be dispersed into the air during your 45 minute session. During the therapy, you will have some peaceful and tranquil music to listen to while you relax.

Salt therapy ( Halotherapy) helps relieve allergies, inflammation, and congestion, which can reduce the symptoms of many health conditions. Salt therapy can be beneficial for the airways as well as the skin. It’s also important to understand that this therapy works perfectly well alongside medications, which means that you won’t need to stop taking any of your medications while the therapy is ongoing.
