Self care doesn’t always look like meditation and bubble baths.
Sometimes… it can look like lying still with your eyes closed while someone tints your lashes and you don’t have to be anything for anyone for a little while.
Just sitting in quiet stillness and letting yourself receive.
And that might be the part you’re not used to, and you feeling guilty for doing something for yourself.
So taking an hour for yourself, softening your nervous system and letting someone care for you for just a bit.
