Meet Helen, our General Manager for Funding and Receivables.
Helen leads the teams that make sure client services align with approved funding from billing and claiming to reconciling accounts ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately behind the scenes.
Her calm leadership, problem-solving mindset, and empathy help guide her team through one of Claro’s most complex and important areas.
While Helen’s career began far from finance she originally studied Criminal Psychology she soon discovered a love for numbers, people, and problem solving.
Over the past 20 years, she’s worked her way through the Corporate and Commercial sectors before finding her purpose in the Disability Services space, where her work truly makes a difference.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys movie nights with her daughters (even if that means a few too many Elsa and Anna sing-alongs ❄️), exploring new travel destinations, and dreaming of her next adventure with Japan at the top of her bucket list.
