Before we deep dive into food and nutrition, exercise or lifestyle - we address sleep - Because if you’re not sleeping well, then no matter how many green protein smoothies you drink…your body’s repair, hormones, metabolism, mood and motivation are going to be running sub-optimally and you wont feel and function at your best.
When sleep improves, everything else follows and flows - energy, vitality, cravings, resilience, and that sense of wellbeing that makes you feel like you again.
