📢 We’re Hiring – Disability Support Workers (Male & Female)

Dash Access & Inclusion Services is currently seeking mature, compassionate, and experienced disability support workers to join our team. These roles involve supporting people with behaviours of concern, mental health experience, and a strong focus on community access and companionship. Excellent spoken English is essential.

🔹 Male Support Worker (Officer, VIC)
• Supporting a 19-year-old female client with ASD, BPD, Trauma history and substance use
• Set days: Mondays and Fridays
• Time: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

🔹 Female Support Worker
• Supporting female clients across Cranbourne, Highett, and Lilydale
• Varied days
• Time: Between 10:00am – 4:00pm
