Rahul is a young athletic man who had been struggling with back pain for many years due to an injury in gym.

He Regained not only his posture and reduced his pain but his whole perspective changed in our 2 months of coaching.

Here is the full story in Rahul's own words:

"Back in July 2023, I was struggling with a disc bulge that caused pain radiating from my back down to my leg. It got so bad that I couldn’t walk properly, sit for long, or even bend forward without discomfort. I was on medication most of the time, but the pain would always come back once I stopped.

I tried everything—chiropractors, physiotherapy, medicines, even ayurvedic treatments—but nothing really worked for long. On top of that, I noticed my posture was getting worse, and I honestly didn’t know what to do next.

That’s when I reached out to Prashanth, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. He helped me understand how the body works, how posture affects everything, and how it’s all connected. I started doing the Egoscue exercises he recommended, and surprisingly, the pain started easing up within the first week.

By the end of week two, my lower back pain was completely gone, and the hip pain had reduced a lot too. What really stood out to me was the way he explained every exercise—live demos, clear guidance, and small but important tips on how to do them right. By the end of week 4, the pain had reduced by half & now I am able to do more challenging things like running drills, stretches etc now.

More than just the physical side, he gave me something no one else had before: confidence. For the first time, I actually believed I could recover and that this pain didn’t have to be something I live with forever.

The posture work also made a big difference—I can sit for longer hours at my desk job now, and honestly, fixing my rounded shoulders has made me feel a lot better overall, both physically and mentally.
One of the biggest mindset shifts was how he helped me change the way I think about pain—not fearing it, not obsessing over it, and learning to see it differently.

All in all, I’m super grateful I found this program and had such a solid guide in Prashanth"

Today I tried cooking something new for the first time in my life.. I made Paddu !!!😋

What began as a simple breakfast, gave me some profound lessons.

My initial Paddu got destroyed (see the 4th pic)! The heat was too much, I didnt know how to overturn them once one side was cooked. It was a mess. The cook in me was frustrated. C'mon It was not suppose to be this hard!!

Now here I had a choice. Give up making paddus and make a pancake with the batter (aka dosa in india) which is much simpler.

But then I said lets try again, lets IMPROVISE, used other tools. Tried new techniques, got more RESOURCEFUL. And voila, they came out beautifully made. Crispy, delicious!

💡Lessons:
1️⃣ Its never too late to try something new.
2️⃣ Don't give up the first time you fail. Learn and Try again.
3️⃣ Don't take the easy way out.

Traditionally, the batter is made from soaked rice and lentils with some seasoning, but I gave it my own twist. I Used oats and lentils (moong dal) instead, as they are more HEALTHIER.

4️⃣ Lesson: Dont be afraid to modify the path to reach your goals

Learnt something new today ;)

(For those who dont know, Paddu is an Indian dish made by steaming batter using a cast iron mould. It can be sour/hot or sweet.)

Finally back to my parkruns (5KM) 🕺🙏🙏

Had taken a break as there was a lot going on personal front.
A new track, mix of trail and road, very green and full of inclines and declines. 🏃‍♂️

Choose a sport that you love and build your routine around it. Thats how you can add a variety to your active lifestyle.

Enjoy the weekend 🌸🌼🏵

So what do you see in the above pics?

You may see a healthy young man but Preet is a battling severe joint pain for few months now. He is very active man full of life, a regular gym goer and a budding entrepreneur.

He developed a nagging pain in heels (resulting in hammer toes), pain in lower back and other joints which hampered his normal activity.

Soon, he developed severe issues in even going for a normal walks. 😞

He signed up immediately when we met online for my "6 week posture power program".💪

Its been just 4 weeks and already we can see big improvements:

🔹️ Walking 6000 steps without pain in heels.
🔹️ No stoop in shoulder. Better posture.
🔹️ Improved centre of gravity: less stress on joints.
🔹️ Less pain in all joints.
🔹️ Renewed confidence and zeal for life.
🔹️BONUS: he lost the extra fat from his body.

👉Lesson: Start your healing journey early. Don't wait for the problem to become so big that your recovery becomes impossible.

Many if us keep reinforcing our suffering by constantly talking about it..to others as well as ourselves!!

While it's important to acknowledge the pain, it's important to not be attached to it.

The pain MUST not be part of your identity i.e. your definition of self.

Spending more time in doing easy and pleasure activities like walking, journaling, exercising helps. Doing such activities gives a sense of "progress".

And progress is what builds self-esteem, and that improves confidence.

Certain events change your perspective!

My diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis was one such event, 25 yrs back. Though I was relieved that I could finally give a name to my disease, it was very difficult to digest that there is no cure for the same.

This message (of AS being incurable), when given by a medical professional comes as a rude shock to us.

We react angrily, develop a short temper and have a very vicious attitude towards life. This increases cortisol and adrenaline in our body. And we start to be in perpetual pain. And this further increases our anger. And it is a vicious circle... 😩

The only way to break this cycle is to develop a positive attitude towards life and make happy choices. Indulge in happy activities and have happy thoughts. It's only in this way can you break your pain cycle.

When was the last time you loved yourself?
